Concerto C-Shop is currently conducting a survey with our Washington States Mystery Shoppers in an effort to better understand why we have been experiencing a decreased participation rate in the area.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback on Concerto and our Mystery Shopping Programs. 

The following are some of the questions which will give us a better insight on potential reasons for the lower mystery shopper participation. Please note that open ended questions are included an an opportunity to hear your feedback as well as your suggestions on what we could do to bring you back on board with us and to help us conduct the outstanding shops.
